Track a shipment
Enter your booking reference (for example IC-26-00042) or the waybill number on your receipt, and the email address or phone number you booked with. No account needed.
What the stages mean
- Request received: We have your request. A MailBoat representative will call to confirm it.
- Booking confirmed: Your booking is confirmed. Bring your cargo or paperwork to the terminal shown.
- Received at terminal: Your shipment has been received and measured at the terminal.
- Sailed: Your shipment is on board and the vessel has sailed.
- Ready for collection: Your shipment is ready for collection at the terminal shown.
- On hold: Your shipment is waiting for something: usually documents or payment. See the latest note below.
