Customs guide

What you need to clear goods into The Bahamas. Summarised from Bahamas Customs; the department's own pages are the final word.

1. Register for Click2Clear

Click2Clear is Bahamas Customs' online system for declaring and clearing goods. Registration is a one-time step. Residents register with their National Insurance (NIB) photo ID card; non-residents with a passport or driver's licence.

Customs declarations are made by licensed customs brokers. MailBoat's brokerage team can clear your shipment for you: ask for full clearance when it arrives in Nassau.
