    Send online purchases to our Fort Lauderdale or Miami office. Put your FULL NAME and TELEPHONE number on the order so the agent can match it to you.

    Send your invoices

    Forward every invoice to the Florida office you chose. Consolidating several orders? Tell that office, with your consolidation form. On this site you can attach the invoices to your booking.

    Register for Click2Clear

    Register once with Bahamas Customs' Click2Clear (C2C) service.

    We call when it lands

    A MailBoat representative contacts you when your shipment arrives in Nassau. Ask them if you would like our brokerage service.

    Pay and collect

    Pay for your shipment and collect it, with your customs clearance documents, at Arawak Cay.
